    The produst is designed for restoring repair of the gear boxes, bearings, reducers and other units of transmissions and for wear protection.
    The gel forms a new cermet coating with unique properties on friction surfaces and restores geometry of the parts.
    restores and protects friction parts of transmissions against wear;
    eliminates scratches and bubbles on the work surfaces;
    restores geometry of the parts;
    optimizes frictional conformability of gears;
    decreases noise and vibration of the units by 10 times;
    increases accuracy of the gear-shift;
    improves synchromesh operation;
    contributes to reduction of fuel consumption (especially in all-wheel drive cars);
    maintains operation of the transmission units during 1000 km in case of oil leakage.
    General characteristics of the cermet layer:
    microhardness – 750 kg/mm2;

    Application, dosage:
    Add the gel-revitalizant into the oil mouth of a gear box, transfer case or reducer of the axle.

    Treatment is considered to be completed after 50 hours of operation (1500 км run).
    Note!
    The sure sign of revitalization is a reduction of noise in the mechanism as early as the first kilometers of run.
    If noise reduction (i.e. improvement of mechanism operation) stops at some moment, it testifies to extreme wear of the mechanism – the recommended dose should be doubled.
    If after 100-200 km (65-125 miles) run mechanism operation improvement does not occur, the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics.
