Vintage All Metal Silent Butler Pan with Wooden Handle and Lid Knob Locking Lid

Offered here is this nice Vintage All Steel Silent Butler Pan for Hot Coals and Ashes. The pan is in good condition, completely usable, but it does have some surface rust on it particularly on the sides and bottom. The lid is vented, and has a wooden knob handle on top. The pan handle is also wood, at the end, and metal up to it, with the handle for the lid locking into the bottom handle, to prevent spills. I am unsure of the age or origins of the pan. It is 23" long including the pan handle. The pan is 3.25" tall, 7.5" square, and 1.5" deep. The wooden knob handle on the top of the lid does not fit snugly and is very wobbly. This is a nice vintage fireplace tool.
