Extremely sturdy workbench. Typical Husky product - the best on the market. BEWARE though in assembly - the telescoping legs can EASILY move and collapse. Happened to me and I am well seasoned in safety and home improvement - smashed/broke one finger and required 9 sutures, a splint for 2 weeks, and LOTS of unnecessary physical pain.

I bought this to use in my basement as my office for now. Can easily be transitioned into a full time work bench. The quality of the wood is exceptional!! The only negative comment I have is that you have to remove everything from the table top in order to adjust the height. Then you have to remove 8 screws in order to adjust.

This is a sturdy beautiful workbench... I'm almost afraid to mar it. But it is a 'work' bench for my garage. I appreciate the adjustable legs which allowed me to roll my tool chest below it to save floor space. Since I'm renting this house, I could not attach anything to the walls of the garage. So, I mounted a 4'x6' pegboard piece to the back of the table using angle iron, which I could attach to existing holes in the steel legs of the table, and stiffened the pegboard with 2X4 framing. This entire heavy structure is very solid. I would rate this bench with five stars except for one part of the instructions which needed to emphasize which legs go to the front, they should also put stickers on the legs to clarify where they go. I had to reverse mine after screwing them in, which wasn't easy because the soft hardware heads stripped out easily... I replaced them with stronger screws once I had the legs in the correct position.

The bench arrived in a timely manner despite one of the delivery drivers being out and the remaining driver dealing with a flat tire - kudos to his persistence in getting it to us! Heavy- came in a 100 lb box. Assembly was straightforward as others suggested, with putting it upside down on the 2 x 4s. I am older and took my time assembling it. Still within two hours it was together and we were standing it upright in its permanent location. The top was sturdier and heavier than expected yet does not scratch (yet) with my activities. Very sturdy and supportive with enough room for my pre-exising cabinet and drawers to go underneath.

I have had this for a couple of weeks now. As far as the table is concerned, I am very happy. It is very heavy. If you want to move it after assembly you better have two people. The leg height is adjustable so that is a plus. No problems mounting my vice to the top. The top appears to be pretty durable but only time will tell with that. ** There was one issue that I had though.** The assembly instructions, especially the illustrations, are poor at best. I mean It's a table, four legs and a top. How hard can it be? The legs look the same at a glance but they actually have a front and a rear and they are not marked so you have a 50/50 chance of getting it correct the first time and you can bet which end of that spectrum I ended up on... Also, the hex head screws that they provide are pretty cheesy. If you use a real man's cordless drill to screw in the screws you run the risk of stripping the screw heads. It happened to me twice and I had to practically destroy the bad screws to get them out. They only gave me one extra screw. I finished the assembly with the Allen wrench that they provided. What should have taken thirty minutes probably took an hour and a half. Table = 5 stars. Instructions = 2.5 stars.

Just assembled mine. looks great. solid work bench. Added a gladiator power strip to it. Assembly instructions could be a little clearer, but got thru it alright. Can't wait to get a husky tool cabinet to put under it. Being 6-4 , I love the height of it. got it maxed out on height. Perfect for me.

It's really perfect. Only addition I would enhance the product with is a different mechanism to change the foot adjustment. It's really difficult to make modifications, small or large, because you have to turn the table on an edge. It's heavy and if it's position where it is going to go (eg, next to a wall), you have to move it etc.
