Ednalite Filter Holder.
It is in good working shape and was quality made in the USA.
This two piece set screws onto the front threads of your C-Mount lens and allows you to use a Series 5 drop in type filter.
It comes with a Tiffen Series V 85 filter to get you started.
More series 5 filters are available on e-bay.
