It is set up to mount in a standard 19" rack or you can pop the ears off and set it on a shelf it also has feet for that purpose. It is software Version 1.5.5 includes the second unit pictured which expands the capacity of the unit to full 8 ports and includes all of the interconnect cables programming cables, a new full set of operation and programming manuals as well as 25 new individual subscriber/ user pocket cards.  This system is used and tested in working order.  It easily integrates with most phone systems, it is fully digital. Voice mail systems offer tremendous flexibility to any situation. The automated attendant does the work of a receptionist without the associated challenges. This automated attendant receptionist doesn't need to be paid, never gets sick, doesn't need maternity leave, never takes time off, doesn't sleep, never complains, never has a bad day, and never takes a message incorrectly. It used to be that everyone hated calling a business to hear an automated attendant answer. Times have changed. People have begun to actually prefer automated attendants. People can transfer themselves much quicker with an automated attendant. Even when a caller reaches the voice mail of a particular person instead of reaching that particular person they know that their message is being taken down precisely and that even their emotion is being transmitted to the called party when they listen to their message.
I know there are all kinds of cloud based systems out there but I am old school and I don't want my info out there were its exposed to the whims of the service provider or an internet outage or just a myriad of the problems when you rely on stuff out of your control, Our current phone and voice mail system has been installed and working 24/7 for the last 14 years and the only time it hasn't been working was when we had a power failure.
This system was removed from service several years ago from a working system in huge bottling plant with 60+ extensions I just kept it around as a backup to our system that just doesn't quit so its time to go.
Used minor scuffs and scratches,  includes new cable set and full set of manuals Programming, Training, individual user pocket manuals
This is a commercial system so, I would not advise you to buy it if you don't have common computer skills like using terminal modes like TTY, WYSE60, ANSI, PC-ANSI, Procomm or modem type skills,  as these systems are set up by plugging your laptop in and doing all the setup from there, so you don't have to sit on a phone extension and go thru 6 million voice prompts to program it. Don't get me wrong its not rocket science but its also not for the person who calls tech support to find out how to turn on the TV either. Any It or phone guy worth their salt can set this up and maintain it, as I am not one and I did it by reading the manuals.
