    Description

    Antique Burma (Myanmar) Shadowbox with:
    1. (x1) Hand-carved Sandlewood (spelled Sandalwood) Rosary (Badi) from Yangon (formerly know as Rangoon).
    - Sandalwood is a class of woods from trees in the genus Santalum and often cited as one of the most expensive woods in the world. I cannot guarantee that this is actual Sandalwood but if I was to guess depending on the age and color, I’d say it is. Please keep in mind that the wood may not may not still be fragrant.
    2. (x1) 3 Pice George VI stamp from 1938 that looks new and unused/uncirculated.
    3. (x1) George VI King Emperor Copper Coin 1940 with nice patina. I’m not sure what the back of the coin looks like but from my research it is most likely a 1/2 Pice from India.

The rosary has come unglued from the material used to keep the rosary in place but it’s hardly noticeable once the frame is hung; the rosary stays in place anyway.
