    Description

    A burmese, shan style, marble head of buddha sakyamuni
    18th century
    His face carved with downcast expression, slit eyes set under arched eyebrows, aquiline nose, smiling lips, elongated earlobes, black painted hair and usnisha surmounted by a lotua bud.
