Burmese (now Myanmar) Lacquered Decorative Plate in good condition, ca. 1850. The plate is hand decorated with traditional peacock motif and the plate is a beautiful decorative piece. The is a part of a large collection of Burmaware in legendary designer Lucia Lawrence's private collection.
This was acquired by Lawrence from a top Japanese antique dealer for her own collection. Always paper wrapped and stored in a climate controlled environment.
